Accommodation

The participants of the XXII CEMR General Assembly will be accommodated in Poznan hotels. You can choose four hotels that suit your needs best (decide which one is your No.1, No.2 etc. and write it down on the registration form). Accommodation will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. (If your hotel No.1 is already fully booked you will be accommodated in hotel No.2 etc.)

Terms & Conditions of reservation

Reservations will not be made unless the full payment is payable to the organizer’s account.
Orbis books the whole rooms not the place in the room.
In case of cancellation all registration fees will be refunded when received before April 12th 2003 except for a cancellation charge of 10 Euro. No refunds will be made after April 13th. All prices include VAT tax.
