Active delegate:
The active delegate’s registration fee includes:
- Congress materials and bag,
- Opening and Closing Ceremony,
- Official Evening Gala in Dziekanowice,
- City sightseeing tour on 14th or 17th May,
- lunches on 15th and 16th May 2003,
- coffee breaks on 14th, 15th and 16th May 2003,
- dinner on 15th May 2003,
- Study Tours with transportation,
- transportation to the Official Evening Gala,
- shuttle bus service to and from the Congress venue in the morning and in the afternoon during the Congress,
- shuttle bus service from and to airport on 13th, 14th and 18th May 2003,

Accompanying person:
The accompanying person’s registration fee includes:

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation all registration fees will be refunded when received before April 12th 2003 except for a cancellation charge of 25 Euro. No refunds will be made after April 13th.

Fee for the stand:
Organizers provide for interested persons/organizations the space for noncommercial exhibition. The charge for the stand includes: a table with 2 chairs, access to electricity. For Congress participants fee for the stand is 200 EURO for stand, for those not participating in the Congress fee is 450 EURO.
